We offer both cranial and structural osteopathy treatments at our clinics. We treat all members of your family - newborns to the most senior members of your family.
Osteopathy treatment is hands-on physical therapy. It involves helping the body’s natural healing abilities. Treatment ensures that the structure and functions of the body are working at their optimum. Improving the skeleton’s quality and range of movement and rebalancing joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons will improve bodily functions. These include the blood and nerve supplies to body tissues plus helping all our body systems. The human body is comprised of several interconnected systems that work together to maintain life. These include the skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems. Each system has a specific role, and they all rely on each other to function properly.
Osteopathy treatments plus the advice / exercises we advise at your appointment can help reduce pain and balance the overall health and well-being of the body.
Treatments are bespoke to the presentation of symptoms we see and your age and any previous medical history. If you have any questions prior to your visit please do email us at charlotte@charlottehuntosteopaths.co.uk
